How many seconds does it take to load? According to page speed test: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/131116_6X_NQQ/ it takes only 1.6 seconds, which if fast enough...

OK. I thought it's our AutoDJ and sc_trans is what crashes. Looks like Shoutcast crashes for some reason. I'll see if other users report the same problem.

The server was attacked yesterday but it auto-recovered. According to logs, the outage was lasting for 38 minutes.

Yes, we've installed the latest Shoutcast v2.2 which, as it turns out, is not very stable. Maybe we'll roll back to the older Shoutcast v2.0.

I know Centovacast has a tick box on some installations to do crossfades/overlap.

The button is missing in my RadioBoss.FM console.

Is there a reason for this?

No, it's wasn't blocked on purpose - it looks like a bug, and some accounts are missing those settings. We're working to fix it.
