I do not broadcast in my laptop.
I just pushed the button and there was was a bug report.
Yes, the "Relays" feature is not available yet. It was planned for this version, but, unfortunately, it's not ready yet.

About the new skin:
Excellent quality graphics (there are still some old icons that do not fit, such as Cue, paste, etc)
But what I do not like how it looks, are the edges of the panels (previous song, song in the air and next song).
Maybe change would be interesting to change the color of these panels.
Can you please post a screenshot? The borders seem to look OK here...

I currently use radiocaster for the issue and would love to see the statistics on RadioBOSS (function that I have seen in Sam Broadcaster).
Apply for this feature for quite some time, may be included in this version? :)
Statistic relays are planned for the near future, will be added in one of the RB 5.2.x updates I think.

not if it is very difficult to implement this, but I would like to have an auxiliary player in the new section tabs "Log".
The "Log" section is not customizable yet - it's used to display report and host overlay players. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to convert it to a regular work zone... Let's wait what others have t say about it.

Large improvements !, great job.
I'm waiting for a little more information to take advantage of some of the new features.

Here some problems detected:
1- as a test, try using the same sound card as master output and cue. (using the new WASAPI). when trying to play a preview of a song the error message that appears attached. to accept the message breaks the main output until restart the program.
just had this error using two different audio boards.
(while trying to pre-listen).
I'm back to DirectSound

there is a label on the searches work zone

Question is there a way to make the mic plugins easier to add so I can actually see the plugin active while using my mic? Also I got an error that popped up yet it showed nothing in the log weird? Maybe an FX option for Mic plugins?

  • I sent error Report Generator;
  • Restarted PC and RadioBOSS -> The same error at Contor (Countdown);
  • Also High CPU Usage only with AutoAMP activated: 50 - 54.

It is strange. I used previous version. No high CPU usage.
After I installed this version CPU usage is very high.

AutoAMP off.
CPU: 49 - 52

UPDATE!

RadioBOSS stopped.
Still 50 CPU.
So if it works or even if it is stopped it consumes a lot of CPU. The same amount of CPU.

Thanks for your point. Win 7 can be the source of problem.

There is no player in JINGLE.
I cannot see any countdown...

In Log it appear as two jingles, but it plays only one.

Set at MIC - No Device.
Mic button should go away.

But it still there and still fades...

Even if I remove "MIC and VU Meter" and I use Hot Key assigned for MIC it fades.

Something strange happens with the metadata of this song. (seems to be written in Chinese)
It seems that the tag for this file is not written properly. Other players like foobar2000 show hieroglyphs too.

Yes, for pre-listen DirectSound could be better sometimes. It was mainly added to support ASIO prelisten. WASAPI bug will be checked.

You can right-click on a MIC button and select "DSP" - this will show all the DSPs assigned to the microphone.

Did you send the report from the "Details" button? It's not received yet...

OK, this issue will be investigated.

I don't think AutoAmp can cause this issue. Can you please send your settings backup for testing? Quick test here did not reveal this problem...

I agree with pety on high CPU usage. (without any DSP)
OK, thanks for reporting. If possible, please send settings backup to support@djsoft.net, this will be investigated.

It's not an issue with the operating system. It's some combination of settings which leads to this. Same settings will cause high CPU usage on any Windows system.

No, it can't. Technically Windows 7 is better than Windows XP. The high CPU usage is caused by something else.

You're right. It will be fixed.

About the CPU usage issue - the source of the problem is identified. It will be fixed in the next update.
