RadioBOSS 7.1 [beta]

If you have repeat protection rules they will handle this situation. E.g. do not repeat track every 20 minutes should be enough.
In fact, in the rule you indicate, what I explained to you is generated "do not repeat track"

It would also be very useful to have permissions to block "add tracklist" from the menu as well as from the playlist in "edit item/rename file".
so that the programmer has more control over the work he is doing and no one can change the settings.

Hello, do you know where to find this options?
Time Stretch Feature: Change Playback Speed of the Tracks to make ends (Ultimate Edition Only)
thx for your responce

In this case "sweep time" appears to be large, as it'll have to replace the last track almost entirely. This option is supposed to handle cases like when the last track of the hour ends like 3 seconds before hour end, it will not try to "sweep" those 3 seconds.
In your case looks like you should add more sweepers to select from.

I just added my entire music collection as sweepers. The problem is not that a track, or multiple tracks, are inserted, the problem is that the "minimum time" setting changes absolutely nothing about the behavior of the scheduler. If I set the minimum time to 30 seconds, and the playlist ends 20 seconds after the start time of an event, tracks are still inserted. Like I said, I'm OK with tracks being added in order to get better timing.

That having been said, if the intention of the minimum time option is to allow an event to run early, that's also welcome. This way if a song ends a few seconds before an event, radioboss doesn't have to try to find something that may only be a few seconds long.

Does it work properly with this option?

This seems a very specific permission, why disable only Track List? If they are allowed to edit the playlist, they are supposed to be able to add any items there.

It's in the Tools menu.

We'll check it.

Yes it works, but when you set it to random it generates what I indicated above.

We need to separate, one is the playlist where we add all the items, but the other is the “track list” where we configure the way we want the music to play.

It is necessary to have the ability to disable or hide this option so that no one can change the settings that have been made.

Personally, "track list" and "PGP" are options for the programmer, not for a basic user.

It would also be nice to be able to hide this:

I also see it as information for the programmer.

Other options that would be very useful would be to be able to insert a preconfigured pause in the playlist.

The following options are great for improving and speeding up your work.

We would need to add the pause, which can be used in thousands of ways.

i do this with a button in the cartwall you can click there (The fade out the music is set in the advanced configuration)
or with a button pause #20 and drag it in the playlist

Set arwork doesn't work properly. The cover is kept for a certain event, but only that. If you want to put the previous one or the rest in another event, it disappears.

Can you please provide more information about it? When repeat protection rules are enabled, there will be no repeats.

What rights will user with "playlist editor" permission will have? If they can edit the playlist, they will still be able to indirectly modify Track Lists, even if they don't have the permission, e.g. they can insert tracks from the playlist with their own Track List and then delete original Track List item.
What I mean is that "Edit playlist" permission is very powerful and allows to do many things.

We would need to add the pause, which can be used in thousands of ways.
What duration this pause will have? We can add a keyboard shortcut for Playlist->Add timed pause command, will this help?

I have already published the information and behavior.

If it is not possible to add a specific permission for the "track list", it would be nice to have the option to hide the option, to protect the settings made.

The duration of the pause should be configurable according to each need.
It's also a good idea to add a keyboard shortcut, I personally think it's more convenient from the playlist.
Both alternatives can also be added.

It has happened to me a couple of times.

Both categories have a restriction so that 2 "SALSAS" cannot be placed in a row.
